New Patient Registrationregister_now

To apply to become registered with our practice you should first speak to our receptionist who will advise you about the necessary documentation. New patients will be invited to see our practice nurse for their first appointment at which point she will take note of your medical history and check your blood pressure, weight and height.

Please attend for this new patient check between 11.30 - 12.00 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) and take the opportunity to inform the practice nurse of any medical concerns you might have or any current medication you are taking for an existing medical condition.

Your medical records may take a few months to reach us and final acceptance of registration will be at the discretion of the partners.

Please note, regulations normally restrict patients to within a 10 mile radius of the surgery.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
